3-5 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) process, preferably in an offshore Finance Shared Service Centre (SSC).
Educational qualification: MBA Finance or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from an accredited university.
Strong accounting knowledge including UK GAAP and multi-national organisation experience.
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Experienced in handling cost accruals, recharge, deferred revenue, GRNI, prepaid and intercompany accounts with ability to independently manage client queries.
Comfortable working in a multi-national setting with exposure to UK GAAP and financial accounting systems; knowledge of Workday is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication and planning skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and ensuring high accuracy and adherence to SLAs.
