About This Role
- Lead market and competitor intelligence activities to identify growth opportunities and monitor industry trends for Electrification & Automation business.
- Develop and deliver strategic content and presentations for CEO, Board meetings, and senior leadership, directly impacting CEO's image and corporate strategy.
- Manage strategic programs and knowledge creation across the organization while supporting CEO’s office in communication and stakeholder engagement.
Minimum Requirements
- Engineering or CA degree required; MBA is an advantage.
- 8-10 years of work experience in business or corporate functions, preferably in strategy or business development.
- Must have strong analytical skills, executive presence, excellent communication (oral and written), and presentation skills.
- Based in Siemens Kalwa (Airoli), with willingness to travel within India and beyond.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing market and competitor intelligence with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and strategic visuals.
- Able to work independently as an individual contributor with strong networking skills across India and SAG regions.
- Comfortable engaging frequently with executive management and handling sensitive information with high trust and dependability.
