About This Role
- Manage daily and long-term resource allocation for a group of 80-120 people, coordinating with business and schedulers.
- Attend weekly staffing calls to understand onshore pipeline and pitch resources, monitor resource availability, and resolve conflicts.
- Develop and maintain proficiency in Resource Management tools, prepare advanced daily project reports, and provide updates to supervisors and clients.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in Resource Management or similar roles.
- Proficient with MS Office Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Power Apps is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing resource pools and coordinating between business and multiple service lines.
- Comfortable with data management, reporting, and using RM tools for scheduling and risk management.
- Ability to train or mentor new team members effectively.
