About This Role
- Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews, document reviews, and process walkthroughs.
- Develop clear, INVEST-compliant user stories and define acceptance criteria for Agile environments, including managing JIRA backlog items and participating in Agile ceremonies.
- Coordinate UAT preparation, test case mapping, defect triage, and create detailed process documentation and data mapping sheets involving payment gateway and LMS platform features.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA for backlog management.
- Strong skills in business and functional requirement documentation including BRDs and FRDs.
- Location: Pune (Hybrid)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling payment gateway features and LMS/e-learning platform ecosystems.
- Proficient in authoring user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting Agile teams throughout sprint cycles.
- Skilled in process modeling (BPMN, flowcharts), UAT coordination, and analytics tracking specs (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
