About This Role
- Lead design, delivery, and adoption strategy of WalkMe solutions in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Drive client workshops to capture requirements, design user journeys, and align adoption strategies.
- Own presales activities and provide adoption insights using WalkMe analytics to senior stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7 years consulting or ERP transformation experience with at least 4+ years in WalkMe implementations.
- Proven experience leading WalkMe implementations for large-scale SAP S/4HANA projects.
- Strong client engagement, stakeholder management, and presales skills.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad, TG, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in Big 4 or System Integrator consulting environments, indicating familiarity with complex enterprise clients.
- Strong expertise in WalkMe development, training strategy, adoption planning, and OCM frameworks.
- Comfortable operating as a trusted advisor and mentor in digital adoption and change management contexts.
