About This Role
- Full ownership of organic search and AI-search performance across AIMLEAP’s entire product and brand portfolio, accountable for traffic, qualified leads, sign-ups, and share of voice.
- Define, own, and defend multi-quarter SEO/AEO/GEO strategy and roadmap prioritized against business impact at portfolio level.
- Build, mentor, and scale the SEO organization (technical SEO, content SEO, AEO/GEO specialists), and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-12 years of hands-on and leadership experience in Technical SEO, SaaS Product SEO, and Organic Growth with portfolio-level ownership.
- MBA degree required from Tier I or Tier II institution.
- Location: Bangalore-based with remote/hybrid work options.
- Notice period: Immediate to 30 days preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of owning multi-product or multi-brand SEO growth outcomes, including P&L-adjacent accountability.
- Deep technical SEO expertise at scale across multiple codebases, with credible AEO and GEO experience focused on AI-driven search.
- Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and executive leadership in SaaS, AI, or Product-Led Growth environments and comfortable operating with high autonomy in fast-paced remote settings.
