About This Role
- Analyze and improve business processes within PeopleSoft environment and support core module configuration.
- Gather, validate, document business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver PeopleSoft solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans, create functional specifications and documentation, support testing and issue resolution throughout project lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in relevant roles.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft core setup, configuration, architecture and reporting tools.
- Proven skills in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and creating functional specifications.
- Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts relevant to business process automation.

- Experienced in PeopleSoft implementation, enhancement, or support projects with strong functional expertise.
- Capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including technical and business stakeholders.
- Skilled at translating complex business needs into technical solutions and managing multiple priorities independently.
