About This Role
- Own end-to-end recruiting cycle for software, technology, and other priority roles in India, driving hires from planning to offer acceptance.
- Design and execute scalable high-volume recruiting programs such as campus hiring, referral campaigns, interview events, and candidate assessments.
- Use recruiting data and stakeholder collaboration to optimize pipeline health, process efficiency, and candidate experience in a fast-moving environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience focused on software, technology, and campus hiring.
- Proven experience managing high-volume recruiting programs (interview days, campus drives, referral campaigns, assessments).
- Ability to travel approx. 25% for campus recruiting and hiring events in India.
- Work Experience Required: At least five years in recruiting roles relevant to the technology sector.

- Experienced recruiter with strong technical fluency able to credibly engage software engineering candidates and hiring managers.
- Skilled project manager capable of organizing complex, multi-stakeholder recruiting initiatives with clear execution and data-driven improvements.
