About This Role
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations including input management, payroll processing, time & attendance, disbursement, and post-payroll activities.
- Lead and distribute workload within a team of payroll specialists; oversee governance and relationships with retained HR teams and third-party ADP/Workday support.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage statutory compliance, audits, escalations, and Own performance/upgrades of Workday Payroll and ADP platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- Extensive end-to-end Payroll management experience with expert-level knowledge of Workday Payroll and ADP platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance or Master's in Business Administration/Business Analytics.
- Certifications: Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
- English language proficiency at advanced (C1) level; Work Location: Hybrid (India).

- Experienced in managing payroll operations within complex, technology-driven HR environments using Workday and ADP.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage escalations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders including HR and third-party vendors.
- Skilled in continuous improvement methodologies such as Data-Driven Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma.
