Must be willing to work shifts (6am-3pm and 2pm-11pm IST); good English communication skills required.
Experienced in managing complex infrastructure environments including network operations and incident management in a 24/7 shift model.
Technically proficient with Cisco/Juniper networking equipment and SD-WAN technologies, able to independently handle system upgrades and troubleshooting.
Comfortable working in a global, collaborative environment coordinating with multiple teams and service providers, demonstrating structured problem-solving.
