Work Hours: 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday; Hybrid schedule with 3 nights in-office and 2 nights remote.
Experienced in New Product Introduction (NPI), low-volume production, or rapid prototyping programs, comfortable managing exceptions and edge cases.
Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-standard environment with strong prioritization and attention to detail under pressure.
Strong communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences; possesses project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
