About This Role
- Own and manage a portfolio of manufacturing programs for US-based customers, ensuring end-to-end relationship management and customer loyalty.
- Handle multiple concurrent manufacturing orders, including complex or ambiguous cases, prioritizing by customer impact and timeline risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet engineering, design, manufacturing, and logistics requirements, drive continuous improvement, and deliver projects on scope, budget, and timeline with minimal oversight.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA mandatory.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, supply chain, or customer-facing operations with ownership of complex accounts end to end.
- Fluency in written and spoken English with experience working directly with US-based customers or during US business hours.
- Work Hours: 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday; Hybrid schedule with 3 nights in-office and 2 nights remote.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in New Product Introduction (NPI), low-volume production, or rapid prototyping programs, comfortable managing exceptions and edge cases.
- Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-standard environment with strong prioritization and attention to detail under pressure.
- Strong communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences; possesses project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
