About This Role
- Manage and optimize the entire infrastructure lease lifecycle including contract negotiation, renewal, buyouts, and asset retirement.
- Oversee financial and operational management of the infrastructure lease portfolio, including forecasting, budgeting, payment administration, and lease performance reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of lease and asset data within enterprise systems, maintaining compliance with accounting and governance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent 4 years IT technical experience.
- Minimum 8 years of IT professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in Asset and Lease Management with project and financial management for large or global initiatives.
- Proven expertise working with cross-functional teams including Treasury, Finance, Sourcing, Legal, and vendors in lease administration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large infrastructure asset portfolios including hosting, network, and data center assets with deep knowledge of lease structuring and financial governance.
- Strong financial acumen with skills in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and lease portfolio optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and influence multiple stakeholders across global organizations.
