About This Role
- Develop and maintain AI agents, automations, and integrations for global revenue operations following defined specifications and platform standards.
- Monitor and ensure live AI workloads' health and effectiveness through quality evaluation, knowledge curation, and first-line diagnosis of issues.
- Support AI workload production readiness by preparing technical documentation, security reviews, and facilitating release processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience building with large language model APIs including prompt engineering and retrieval or knowledge base systems (self-directed projects accepted).
- Proficient in Python or JavaScript sufficient to read and modify existing codebases.
- Experience with REST API integration including authentication and error handling.
- Legal eligibility to work in the Philippines region.

- Data-driven approach focused on quality measurement, diagnostics, and continuous improvement of AI systems.
