About This Role
- Manage global fleet operations covering 1,200+ vehicles across India, US, UK, and France ensuring availability, compliance, and cost efficiency.
- Oversee vendor and supplier management including performance monitoring, contract adherence, and corrective actions.
- Drive strategic initiatives including fleet policy implementation, process improvements, regional transformations, and financial management including budgeting and cost optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in fleet or related operations management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Must be highly proficient in English with ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to work 2nd shift hours (approx. 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm) to support US operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-regional fleet operations with a strategic and vendor management focus.
- Comfortable managing complex stakeholder interactions across HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Global Services.
- Capable of driving transformation projects and operational changes in a global, matrixed environment.
