About This Role
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings with external suppliers and manage complex Medical Device supply chains involving multiple external partners.
- Plan and control finished goods inventory to align with sales forecasts, optimize inventory levels, and minimize slow-moving/obsolete inventory risk.
- Lead digital projects and global supply chain improvement initiatives to enhance External Operations Planning team processes and data management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain related field required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- 2-4 years of related supply chain or operations experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel; experience with SAP S4Hana or similar ERP planning systems preferred.
- Flexible working hours required to accommodate multiple time zones; fluent in English; primary work location Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Medical Device or pharmaceutical supply chain planning with demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing and external partner collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage supplier KPIs, develop purchase plans aligned to business forecasts, and lead cross-functional mitigations for supplier performance.
- Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed environment with experience executing supply chain improvement projects and managing complex data-driven planning scenarios.
