About This Role
- Lead sales operations and financial planning processes including territory design, quota setting, incentive programs, monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, and pricing strategy.
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic guidance to commercial leadership to support decision-making, performance tracking, and investment analysis.
- Manage and develop a team responsible for delivering commercial and financial business insights and execution of sales operations processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years relevant work experience with 3-5 years in strategic planning/P&L management and Sales Operations.
- Advanced Excel skills required; business analytics tools like Tableau and SQL are strong pluses.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India; Not Remote.
