About This Role
- Build and maintain AI agents, automations, and integrations for global revenue operations based on defined specifications.
- Operate live AI workloads including monitoring, first-line diagnosis, quality evaluation, and knowledge curation to ensure measurable effectiveness.
- Support production readiness activities such as documentation, security reviews, and deployment processes to enable scalable AI platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- Hands-on experience with large language model APIs including prompt engineering and retrieval or knowledge base systems.
- Proficient in Python or JavaScript adequate to read, modify, and extend existing codebases.
- Experience integrating with REST APIs including authentication and error handling.
- Legal eligibility to work in the Philippines; Fluent in written and verbal English; Educated to degree level in a technical discipline or equivalent demonstrable experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technically disciplined developer comfortable working within defined architecture while taking full ownership of implementation.
- Data-driven approach with strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting AI workloads and continuous quality improvement.
- Experienced in documenting technical processes clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a small technical team context.
