About This Role
- Lead and manage post-sales support and professional services engineers for Global System Integrator (GSI) partners to ensure high product knowledge and service quality.
- Develop and oversee partner relationships, acting as main contact for post-sales service issues and ensuring seamless sales-to-service transitions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and service delivery quality, implement training, improve processes, track KPIs, and advocate for partner needs within Rubrik.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years experience in program management, operations, technical support, or professional services in an enterprise technology customer-facing role.
- Strong technical expertise in Networking, Storage, Backup and Recovery, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Hypervisors; Cybersecurity experience desired.
- Ability to travel occasionally and work overlapping hours with USA and EMEA time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in engaging and managing large multi-regional GSIs or channel partners with strategic understanding of business and service aspects.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with capability to communicate complex technical topics to executives.
- Data-driven project/program manager with hands-on experience in tools like Salesforce, Atlassian, Tableau for analytics and reporting.
