Experienced in collaborating cross-functionally with PLM, SW architects, FW teams, and Validation teams within Optical hardware/software ecosystems.
Skilled in complex problem solving and strategic direction setting for organizational units in embedded systems.
Capable of managing high complexity projects with significant resources, including technical requirements and quality standards enforcement.
