Lead development and delivery of embedded Optical Line System software features end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery with quality through continuous integration.

Define processes and standards influencing functional strategic decisions and sustaining competitive advantage within the optical software domain.

Act as senior subject matter expert and authority, managing complex problems and leading technical teams including resource management and training lower support tiers.

20+ years of software development experience, recognized expert in domain.

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science Engineering, Opto-Electronics, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or equivalent.

Hands-on experience with E2E Optical (Layer 0) boards/cards like ROADM, Amplifier, RAMAN, OTDR, DGE, and Optical Control Loops architecture.

Proficient in C/C++, Python, object-oriented programming in multi-threaded environments; experience in Agile, AI DLC models, Docker, Codescene, GTEST.

Experienced in collaborating cross-functionally with PLM, SW architects, FW teams, and Validation teams within Optical hardware/software ecosystems.

Skilled in complex problem solving and strategic direction setting for organizational units in embedded systems.

Capable of managing high complexity projects with significant resources, including technical requirements and quality standards enforcement.
