About This Role
- Develop, test, implement, and maintain complex Business Intelligence solutions using Microsoft SQL Server BI stack and Microsoft Fabric.
- Aggregate data from multiple sources into efficient data warehouses and design reporting solutions for large multidimensional databases.
- Optimize SQL queries, perform data transformation and modeling, and create standard reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Power BI, including building Lakehouses, pipeline activities, reports, and dashboards.
- Preferred minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in BI development or data engineering.
- Preferred 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.

- Experienced BI developer familiar with data engineering and analytics platform maintenance in an enterprise environment.
- Able to translate complex business needs into technical specifications and actively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on improving efficiency and reducing costs within BI systems.
