About This Role
- Develop and execute automated testing strategies for web applications, APIs, and data solutions covering functionality, performance, and data integrity.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Jest, Postman, and related tools.
- Integrate and embed quality assurance practices across the software development lifecycle, partnering with engineers and stakeholders to resolve defects and enhance product delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and test automation for enterprise applications.
- Proficiency with automation tools/frameworks including Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Jest, and Postman with strong expertise in Playwright.
- Programming skills in Java, TypeScript, and Python, including automated web, API, and data testing.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps, emphasizing efficient and high-quality software delivery.
- Hands-on familiarity with functional, integration, API, database (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL), and performance testing.
- Demonstrated application of AI concepts and AI-assisted technologies to improve productivity and testing processes within a financial technology environment.
