Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10–15+ years of software engineering and architecture experience with large-scale, distributed systems.
Mandatory technical skills: Java (8+), Spring ecosystem, REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ), cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
Experience with frontend/mobile integration (React/React Native), DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes), and security best practices (OAuth2, JWT).

Experienced technical architect capable of balancing immediate delivery with long-term platform modernization in a multi-brand, multi-country distributed environment.
Strong strategic influence with ability to lead architecture discussions, define standards, and integrate AI-enabled and intelligent system design practices.
Proficient in designing scalable, resilient, and secure fullstack Java enterprise systems with collaborative cross-functional team experience in Agile environments.
