About This Role
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure, and highly available software solutions on cloud and on-premise platforms.
- Own production reliability, availability, and performance including incident response and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, architecture, and operations teams for platform development and backlog grooming.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience as a full stack developer.
- Strong experience in Python API development using Flask and FastAPI, including RESTful APIs, versioning, and documentation.
- Proficient in code reviews, Git, CI/CD (preferably Github Actions), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Engineering graduate / MCA / Computer Science graduate or PG.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working with multi-platform and multi-region teams providing technical leadership and hands-on support.
- Skilled in agile environments with a strong understanding of backend, frontend (React for internal tools), and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Capable of owning end-to-end software delivery including incident management, data quality frameworks, monitoring, and disaster recovery planning.
