About This Role
- Design and build scalable analytics data models and trusted reporting datasets using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
- Lead migration of legacy BI reports (QlikSense, SAP BusinessObjects, Posit) to Power BI, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and architects.
- Support enterprise BI modernization initiatives by enabling Power BI semantic models and enterprise reporting solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience in Power BI across at least 2 projects.
- At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Fabric on at least 1 customer project.
- 2+ years collaborating with Business and IT stakeholders including client demos of reports.
- Strong technical skills in Power BI Pro, Premium, Paginated reports, DAX, Power Query, M language, Dataflows, Incremental Refresh, RLS, and Data Modeling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise-level BI modernization and report migration from legacy platforms to Power BI.
- Proficient at translating business requirements into scalable Power BI and Microsoft Fabric semantic models.
- Comfortable engaging directly with clients and stakeholders for demos and requirement gathering in complex organizational settings.
