About This Role
- Own and manage the end-to-end operation, administration, security, and stability of the ArcGIS Enterprise platform used for critical underwriting, claims, and risk management.
- Administer and support ArcGIS Enterprise infrastructure hosted in AWS on Windows and Linux servers, including configuration, patching, upgrades, and performance monitoring.
- Develop and automate spatial workflows, geoprocessing services, and ETL pipelines using Python, PowerShell, and ArcGIS Pro, driving platform scalability and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with ESRI/ArcGIS administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong expertise in ArcGIS Enterprise components, Windows/Linux server administration, and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) managing ArcGIS Enterprise Geodatabases.
- Proficiency in Python and PowerShell scripting for automation and workflow development.

- Experienced in managing enterprise GIS platforms in AWS cloud environments with hybrid Windows/Linux infrastructure.
- Capability to independently lead platform stability, security, and operational enhancements with minimal oversight within Agile teams.
- Skilled in spatial database management, advanced ArcGIS Enterprise features, and integrating AI tools for improved delivery cycles and workflows.
