About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure backend applications and RESTful/microservices-based APIs.
- Optimize backend systems for performance, reliability, and security including authentication and data protection.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver features and participate in code reviews, production issue resolution, and CI/CD activities while leveraging AI-assisted development tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language: Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or .NET Core.
- Experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases, plus API security knowledge (OAuth, JWT).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with microservices architecture and asynchronous messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Comfortable working in Agile teams collaborating with frontend, QA, and product groups to deliver end-to-end features.
- Skilled in code quality practices and CI/CD pipelines with familiarity in containerization (Docker) and version control (Git).
