Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of relevant experience in Windows Server administration, virtualization, and cloud-related technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher.
Experience with Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, or 2022 administration.
Experience in VMware vSphere/ESXi and Microsoft Hyper V virtualization management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced engineer capable of independently managing enterprise-grade Windows server and virtualization infrastructure.
Strong operational focus on system availability, security compliance, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with both on-premise Windows Server environments and hybrid cloud identity management (Azure AD).
