About This Role
- Lead technical solutions for complex AI workloads to drive rapid adoption and support customer ramp-up.
- Develop customer-tailored AI product solutions combining business strategy and prototyping, securing buy-in from domain experts.
- Provide technical consultation acting as a trusted advisor, contribute reusable solutions, and engage with customers onsite and at events.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 6 years experience working within tech startups or digital-native organizations.
- Experience presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Work location preference: Gurugram, Haryana or Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in AI product technical solution delivery within ITES or cloud technology environments.
- Skilled in technical advising and relationship building with customers and internal Go-to-Market teams.
- Familiar with AI development frameworks, cloud SaaS, integration patterns, and observability constructs is preferred.
