About This Role
- Become an expert in Luminate Online platform features and perform system configurations for clients during implementations and ongoing fundraising activities.
- Execute scheduled client tasks such as email campaigns, report preparation, and content updates for web pages or emails.
- Support quality control testing, write documentation for clients and internal teams, and use AI-assisted tools to improve delivery and quality.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of full-time professional experience.
- Knowledge of online fundraising, preferably in NGO/non-profit sector.
- Excellent written English and ability to work US business hours (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST) with occasional after-hours support.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; technical aptitude for learning software applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Able to independently multitask on multiple concurrent client projects and meet deadlines agreed with clients.
- Comfortable working in a US time zone support role from Hyderabad, working as part of a remote team.
- Familiarity or interest in nonprofit fundraising environments and technology-driven service delivery.
