About This Role
- Conduct quality audits on inpatient and observation accounts focusing on Notification on Admission (NOA) compliance and documentation accuracy.
- Perform root cause analysis on defects, develop and track corrective action plans, and provide actionable feedback to improve process quality and compliance.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports on SLAs and accuracy metrics, participate in team reviews, and support calibration and training initiatives to enhance quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Authorization and Notification on Admission (NOA) workflows.
- Any undergraduate degree required; diploma qualifications are not eligible.
- Willingness to work on night shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in quality audits or quality assurance roles within US Healthcare RCM environment.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through root cause analysis and CAPA management.
- Ability to communicate clear and constructive feedback on audit findings and support performance improvement initiatives.
