About This Role
- Lead design and architecture of scalable, resilient backend services for Arctic Wolf's cloud-based endpoint security platform.
- Drive technical excellence, architectural decisions, and adoption of cloud-native technologies across multiple engineering teams.
- Mentor engineers and lead implementation of AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and system design.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years in backend engineering with 3+ years in technical leadership roles.
- Advanced programming proficiency in Go, Python, or Java; C#/.NET is a plus.
- Deep AWS cloud architecture expertise including Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, and distributed systems.
- Experience in security domain with understanding of security architecture, threat detection, and security data processing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and leading distributed microservices and cloud-native backend systems at scale within cybersecurity products.
- Comfortable driving technical standards, tooling adoption, and strategic architecture decisions in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proficient in mentoring engineers and advocating for automation and AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and throughput.
