4–7 years of relevant experience in management reporting, financial analysis, and data manipulation, preferably in multinational, medical-technology, manufacturing or commercial organizations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced functions; familiarity with Power Query, Power BI or similar data visualization tools preferred.
Working knowledge of SAP focusing on cost centres, profit centres, and fixed assets would be advantageous.
Experience handling large financial datasets with expertise in identifying inconsistencies and driving issue resolution independently.
Competent in building dynamic financial models and conducting detailed variance analysis with strong financial statement knowledge.
Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with non-finance teams to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
