About This Role
- Accountable for monthly and year-to-date P&L reporting, financial analysis, and forecasting for Medical Technology business.
- Manage cost-centre governance including creation, modification, monitoring expenses and aligning fixed assets to cost centres.
- Drive financial insights and reporting improvements including automation and process standardization, supporting business stakeholders across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required; Master’s degree or CA Inter/CMA Inter preferred.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in management reporting, financial analysis, and data manipulation, preferably in multinational, medical-technology, manufacturing or commercial organizations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced functions; familiarity with Power Query, Power BI or similar data visualization tools preferred.
- Working knowledge of SAP focusing on cost centres, profit centres, and fixed assets would be advantageous.

- Experience handling large financial datasets with expertise in identifying inconsistencies and driving issue resolution independently.
- Competent in building dynamic financial models and conducting detailed variance analysis with strong financial statement knowledge.
- Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with non-finance teams to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
