About This Role
- Manage end-to-end Security Valuations function including pricing control reports, exception resolution, portfolio pricing, and client-specific reporting.
- Lead and oversee a large multi-location team (~100 members) ensuring timely data delivery, stakeholder and relationship management, and compliance with risk and regulatory standards.
- Drive process re-engineering, standardization, continuous improvement, and automation efforts including RPA and AI implementation across valuations functions.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience in Pricing, Settlements, Middle Office Operations or Capital Market Operations with preference for Pricing or Valuations exposure.
- Professional qualification in Management.
- Experience managing large teams across multiple locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; product knowledge across Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives.

- Senior leader with demonstrated independent decision-making and thought leadership managing large multi-location teams in capital markets operations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to deliver quality results under high pressure and meet deadlines.
