ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications preferred.
Bachelor's degree; ITIL v3/v4 certification and knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, Agile, and Jira are a plus.
Experienced ServiceNow developer deeply familiar with CMDB and CSDM best practices and capable of leading technical delivery and data integration projects.
Comfortable working in Agile environments collaborating across IT, Security, Legal, and Engineering teams to improve CMDB processes.
Focused on data integrity and operationalizing ITIL-aligned processes through automation and continuous enhancement initiatives.
