About This Role
- Lead annual budgeting and monthly financial tracking for India CAO Admin, including SAP CO allocations and expense categorization.
- Oversee billing, invoices, finance controls, monthly India headcount reporting, and hierarchy maintenance.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, support leadership reviews, collaborate on tech initiatives, and partner on internal audits and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in finance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (CA/MBA preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Databricks & AI knowledge is a plus.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years
