About This Role
- Support and automate monthly and quarterly sales and incentive reporting for branch banking.
- Monitor, analyze, and publish productivity trackers and datasets, ensuring data accuracy and corrective action with business and recovery teams.
- Coordinate across functions to identify business problems, propose improvements, and manage MIS-related projects independently.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree required.
- 1 to 2 years of work experience.
- Strong proficiency in MS-Access, MS-Excel, and ability to work with multiple database systems.
- Experience handling large datasets and automating management information systems (MIS).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented with strong data analytical skills and experience in database coordination.
- Ability to independently manage projects and multitask across different business functions.
- Experience working with sales-related incentive data and cross-functional coordination within financial services or branch banking context.
