About This Role
- Manage and grow relationships with 2W and 4W dealerships to achieve monthly topline and Gross Written Premium (GWP) targets.
- Onboard and activate new dealership partners to meet business goals while ensuring sustainable profitability and maintaining Combined Operating Ratio (COR) at budgeted levels.
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to resolve policy discrepancies, handle reconciliations, and support operational activities at the branch level.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-6 years of General Insurance experience specifically in Motor Dealerships or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) channel.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Work Experience Required: 2-6 years in relevant domain.
- Location requirement: Himmatnagar, Sabarkantha, Gujarat, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing OEM and Non-NTU dealership channels with a focus on achieving business profitably and loss minimization.
- Skilled at cross-functional coordination with underwriting, claims, and operations to ensure smooth policy issuance and customer service.
- Comfortable handling commercial responsibilities including targets, cost control, and operational reconciliation in a retail insurance environment.
