Experience with full lifecycle testing including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live deployment support.
Fluency in English (C1) with strong client-facing communication skills.
Experience working in dynamic and fast-paced environments with changing project priorities and agile workflows.
Ability to lead and coach teams while collaborating with consultants, technical developers, and stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset capable of bridging warehouse logistics with system solutions and comfortable handling high-pressure rollout phases.
