About This Role
- Perform payroll audits and processing for multiple global regions including India, U.S., EMEA, and APJ, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Support payroll projects including global payroll implementations and assist with data validation related to UKG system.
- Provide first-level payroll and benefits support by responding to employee inquiries and managing payroll documentation and inbox.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of payroll experience required.
- Basic knowledge of India payroll mandatory; US payroll knowledge preferred; EMEA and APJ payroll knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with UKG payroll software is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required.

- Able to manage and support payroll processes and projects including system implementations and audits.
- Capable of handling employee service queries and maintaining payroll documentation consistently.
