About This Role
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations across India and Southeast Asia, including planning, procurement, inventory control, logistics, order management, and customer service.
- Lead and develop the Supply Chain team, ensuring product availability, optimal inventory levels, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and align with global supply planning processes and ERP usage.
Minimum Requirements
- 9-12 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or related domains.
- Educational qualification: M.Sc Agriculture with additional certification/course in Supply Chain Management.
- Proficiency in ERP and MS Office Suite; strong English language skills (written and verbal).
- Must be ready to work at the Pune location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics coordination, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management at a regional level (India & SEA).
- Skilled in leadership and coaching with a track record of driving high performance and collaboration within teams.
- Familiar with digitalization/automation of supply chain processes and knowledgeable about international supply routes, markets, and documentation.
