Hands-on experience with scheduling tools such as Control M, IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS), OPC, CA 7, ESP or AutoSys.
Knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes following ITIL practices.
Experienced with batch workload automation and dependency management in Mainframe environments including CICS, DB2, and VSAM.
Capable of managing critical overnight batch cycles in a 24x7 production setup with rotational shifts and on-call support.
Strong operational expertise including troubleshooting batch abends, scheduling conflicts, and supporting IPL and LPAR concepts in Mainframe systems.
