About This Role
- Lead and manage production management for a platform or product area to ensure business availability and platform integrity.
- Oversee prioritization and scheduling of inbound work requests aligning with business schedules.
- Ensure compliance with security, SOX controls, and recovery plans to maintain robust and resilient applications and infrastructure.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15 years experience in application and production support within enterprise or banking environments.
- Proven expertise with AWS infrastructure and services including EC2, S3, CloudWatch, Kubernetes, and others.
- Strong hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, Change Management aligned to ITIL processes.
- Work location: India (Bangalore); Full-time role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing production support and service management disciplines within enterprise or banking IT environments.
- Technically proficient in AWS architecture, monitoring tools like CloudWatch and Splunk, and agile methodologies.
- Capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing compliance with regulatory and internal controls (e.g. SOX).
