About This Role
- Develop and lead global sourcing strategies for Capital Expenditure (CapEx) categories related to equipment, construction, and engineering services.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing processes including negotiations, contract awards, and supplier management to optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement supports project deliverables on time, within budget, and complies with company policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in global procurement, category management, or related supply chain role with significant CapEx projects experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Excel, Power BI, SAP, Coupa.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to ~20%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments with technical knowledge of equipment and processes, especially Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation, and general contracting.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive measurable productivity improvements across multiple geographies and businesses.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills demonstrated through engagement with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in complex, multi-site projects.
