About This Role
- Drive process optimization in warehousing and logistics using Lean, Six Sigma, and related methodologies to improve workflows and supply chain efficiency.
- Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and compliance with operational protocols.
- Oversee logistics and strategic planning including transportation, distribution networks, stock positioning, and deploy IT tools like Power BI for real-time cost measurements and dashboard reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics excellence or related logistics roles, preferably in FMCG.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Power BI, and knowledge of supply chain tools such as TMS and POD management.
- Local candidates authorized to work in India; no relocation support provided.
