About This Role
- Optimize and improve warehouse and logistics processes using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma, focusing on picking, packing, and shipping workflows.
- Monitor and manage KPIs related to warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment speed, and supply chain performance including compliance with standards like VFR and MOQ.
- Lead cost improvement projects, oversee transportation and distribution networks, develop safety and compliance protocols, and utilize tools like Power BI and ERP systems for real-time reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in logistics excellence or related logistics roles, preferably in FMCG.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP knowledge, and skills in Power BI; experience with TMS, POD management, ERP systems.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in relevant logistics roles.

- Experienced in FMCG or similar CPG supply chain environments with a strong grasp of supply chain metrics such as VFR, MOQ compliance, and cost drivers.
- Skilled in data analysis, identifying trends, and driving supply chain cost savings projects through effective stakeholder communication.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision and driving initiatives proactively via coordination with various teams and departments.
