About This Role
- Manage end-to-end field operations for digital learning labs across government and private schools in India, ensuring timely setup and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for hardware delivery, lab installation, and on-ground support resolving operational challenges.
- Maintain documentation, operational SOPs, and reporting to drive efficient project execution and compliance with timelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- 1-2 years of relevant field operations experience with coordination or associate level responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
