About This Role
- Own the technical planning and scheduling of maintenance work orders, ensuring all materials, tools, services, and resources are defined and allocated accurately.
- Manage service order creation, entitlement checks, and coordinate with Contract Managers and Technical Support Engineers for work execution and commercial clarifications.
- Optimize and assign maintenance work orders to service crews considering operational factors like weather, skills, and contractual obligations; prepare both long-term (12-week) and short-term (3-week) detailed plans.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-8 years of experience in technical planning, service engineering, or operational functions.
- Proficiency in SAP/SF and advanced Excel; familiarity with Power BI preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts; primary work location: Chennai, India.
