About This Role
- Supervise a team of Operations Specialists handling moderately complex transactional and operational tasks ensuring quality, compliance, and timely completion.
- Identify and escalate process improvement opportunities and operational risks while managing daily team supervision, work allocation, and performance coaching.
- Manage resource allocation, mentor talent development, and collaborate with senior management to achieve operational objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of Operations experience (or equivalent via training, military, education).
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of payment processing, account reconciliations, operational risk, and compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance preferred; relevant certifications in Banking Operations, Payments, or Risk Management are advantageous.
