About This Role
- Manage end-to-end learning and development operations including online registration, feedback collection, and analytics reporting.
- Partner with business stakeholders, HR, and subject matter experts to design, build, launch, and measure learning programs aligned with compliance and business priorities.
- Oversee strategic talent development initiatives and manage stakeholder and vendor relationships to enhance employee learning experiences.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in learning and development or HR analytics with exposure to L&D solutions delivery.
- Proficiency with MS Office, LMS/HRIS tools preferred (Workday, SABA experience beneficial).
- Experience working with large data-sets and strong analytical and project management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or training background within financial services or other highly regulated environments, ideally including compliance and regulatory training.
- Proven ability to collaborate across global or complex organizational environments involving multiple HR and business line stakeholders.
- Operational focus on process optimization, technology adoption in learning, and effective program measurement based on data insights.
