About This Role
- Lead implementation and enhancement of SAP S/4HANA Finance systems including modules such as GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Financial Closing, and Reporting.
- Oversee finance system integrations, testing (SIT, UAT, regression), releases, and production support to ensure business readiness and compliance with controls including SOX.
- Drive finance process improvements through automation, standardization, and lead cross-functional collaboration with architects, suppliers, and stakeholders during a major ERP and finance transformation program.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–14 years experience in Finance Systems, ERP, or Business Systems Analysis with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Finance modules and integrations including configuration, testing, and production support.
- Work Setup: Hybrid role requiring approximately 2 days per week onsite at an HPE office.

- Experienced in leading large-scale, complex SAP Finance transformations and integrations involving multiple business units and legacy system consolidations.
- Able to work at the intersection of finance and IT teams, balancing technical SAP knowledge with stakeholder management and compliance requirements.
- Comfortable operating within fast-paced, high-visibility programs with executive stakeholder engagement and focused on automation and digital finance modernization.
